All orders come with tracking. You will receive a confirmation email as soon as your package ships.

1. Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days.
Orders placed before 12 PM (EST) typically ship the same day.
Processing times may be extended during high-volume periods (sales, holidays). If there is a significant delay, we will notify you by email.

Flat rate: $6.95
Free Shipping on all orders over $75
Estimated delivery: 3–7 business days
Delivery times may vary based on your location and the carrier.

3. Shipment Confirmation & Tracking
You will receive a shipment confirmation email with a tracking number as soon as your order ships.
Tracking information may take up to 24 hours to update.

4. Shipping Carriers
We primarily use:
  • USPS
  • UPS
  • FedEx
Carrier selection depends on package size, weight, and destination.

5. Incorrect Addresses
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout.
If an order cannot be delivered due to an incorrect address, the customer is responsible for reshipping costs.

6. Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages
OveGoLab.com is not responsible for packages lost or stolen after delivery is confirmed by the carrier.
If your package is lost in transit or arrives damaged, contact us at wholesale@ovegolab.com and we will assist with a replacement or claim.

7. Multiple Shipments
If your order contains items fulfilled from different locations, you may receive multiple packages at no additional cost.

8. International Shipping
We currently ship within the United States only.
International shipping will be available soon.
RETURNS & REFUNDS POLICY
We want you to love everything you order from OveGoLab.com
If something isn’t right, we’re here to help.

1. Return Window
You may return most items within 30 days of delivery for a refund or store credit.
To be eligible for a return:
  • the item must be unused,
  • in its original condition,
  • and in original packaging.

2. Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned for hygiene or safety reasons:
  • opened personal care products
  • used kitchen or food-related items
  • seasonal or clearance items marked “Final Sale”
If you’re unsure whether an item qualifies, contact us before returning.

3. Return Process
To start a return:
  1. Email us at wholesale@ovegolab.com with your order number
  2. We will send return instructions and a return label (if applicable)

Return shipping cost:
  • Free for damaged/incorrect items
  • Customer-paid for discretionary returns (change of mind, wrong size/color, etc.)

4. Refunds
Refunds are issued to the original payment method once the return is received and inspected.
Processing time:
  • 3–5 business days for inspection
  • 5–10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement
If you choose store credit, it will be issued immediately after the return is approved.

5. Exchanges
We currently offer exchanges for the same item in a different color or size (if available).
If the desired item is out of stock, a refund will be issued instead.

6. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue.
We will replace the item at no additional cost.

7. Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund:
  1. Check your bank account again
  2. Contact your bank or card issuer
  3. If still unresolved, email us at wholesale@ovegolab.com
