Delivery
Our warehouse is located in Florida. We currently ship within the United States only. International shipping will be available soon. If your order contains items fulfilled from different locations, you may receive multiple packages at no additional cost.
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Orders placed before 12 PM (EST) typically ship the same day. Processing times may be extended during high-volume periods (sales, holidays). If there is a significant delay, we will notify you by email.
Absolutely. You will receive a shipment confirmation email with a tracking number as soon as your order ships. Tracking information may take up to 24 hours to update.

Payments & Refunds
We accept credit and debit cards, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and bank transfers.
You may return most items within 30 days of delivery for a refund or store credit. To be eligible, the item must be:
- unused and in its original condition
- in original packaging
- opened personal care products
- used kitchen or food-related items
- seasonal or clearance items marked "Final Sale"
We offer exchanges for the same item in a different color or size (if available). If the desired item is out of stock, a refund will be issued instead.
Orders
Orders can be cancelled or modified within 1 hour of placement. After that, the order may already be in processing. Contact us at hello@ovegolab.com as soon as possible and we'll do our best to help.
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at hello@ovegolab.com with a photo of the damage. We will send a replacement or issue a full refund — no return needed.
